6. Return & Exchange Policy

• All sales are final except in cases of defective or incorrect shipments.
• Claims for damages or defects must be submitted within 7 business days of receipt with photo documentation.
• Approved replacements or credits will be issued once verification is completed.
• Returns due to unsold inventory or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.
• Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or credited.

7. Brand Representation

• Retailer agrees to represent The Mindful Daily brand consistently and professionally.
• Products, packaging, and marketing materials may not be altered or rebranded without written permission.
• Resale is permitted only through approved retail or e-commerce outlets provided to The Mindful Daily.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of submission without penalty.
• After 48 hours, cancellations may incur a 15% restocking fee.

9. Intellectual Property

• All The Mindful Daily logos, designs, and creative content are protected under copyright and trademark law.
• Retailers are prohibited from reproducing, copying, or distributing any intellectual property without written consent.

10. Agreement & Acceptance

By placing a wholesale order, the Retailer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Illinois.
