Shipping Policy

• All orders ship from Chicago, IL within 10–14 business days after payment or purchase-order confirmation.
• Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, destination, and carrier rate.
• Expedited shipping (UPS, USPS Priority, FedEx) available upon request and billed to the retailer.
• Title and risk of loss pass to the retailer once goods are delivered to the carrier.
• Tracking information will be provided via email once the order ships.
